Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth in the original shipping box to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
